5 Star Rating by Medicare (2008, 2010)
In 2008 and 2010, Maple Manor received a Five Star rating by Medicare which is the highest score for quality of care. Medicare’s Five Star rating is a national system to compare the quality of care. Maple Manor was ranked as a Top Facility by Medicare, out of 417 nursing homes in Michigan, and among 16,000 nursing homes across the country.

America’s Best Nursing Homes 2009
U.S. News & World Report has compiled data on nursing homes nationwide and it has ranked Maple Manor Rehab Center as one of America’s Best. U.S. News & World Report, March 13, 2009.
Perfect State Survey with Zero Citations (2004, 2007, 2010)
Maple Manor has a long history of outstanding compliance. To date, we have received three Perfect State Surveys with Zero Citations. This is nearly impossible!! Every year, five independent state surveyors make a surprise visit to our facility. They conduct an intense 1 week inspection searching for any deficiencies in nursing, therapy, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and overall operations. If you are comparing facilities, just ask how many citations were on their last State Survey.
JCAHO Accreditation (2005 to 2008)
Maple Manor achieved the prestigious JCAHO Accreditation. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organizations establishes the highest standard for quality of health care. All hospitals are required to be JCAHO Accredited, whereas it is voluntary for nursing homes. Maple Manor decided to be JCAHO Accredited to demonstrate its commitment to the highest quality of health care. Now that all of our JCAHO policies and procedures are in place, we decided not to renew our accreditation because the fees are too expensive!!
Maple Manor has secured the coveted Medicare Certification. Maple Manor meets all the high standards and it complies with all strict rules and regulations of Medicare. Therefore, we can treat all Medicare patients on an In-Patient and Out-Patient basis with compassion, dignity and respect.
The Beautification Award was bestowed upon Maple Manor in 2007. Voted and recognized by the Wayne Beautification Committee for demonstrating commitment to neighborhood beautification, superior property maintenance, attractive landscape design, sharp attention to detail, and overall grand appearance.
